About the Role
The Director of Talent Acquisition directs and manages the coordination of all recruitment and onboarding of new employees and oversees technology in support of the recruiting function in partnership with HRIS. They develop and lead the vision and enterprise-wide strategy related to attracting the talent needed to achieve strategic goals, operational objectives, and successful results.
- Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities aligned with business objectives, organizational values, and hiring outcomes.
- Advise senior and executive leaders on talent market trends, workforce risks, recruiting effectiveness, and strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
- Design and continuously improve recruiting policies, processes, service delivery, and governance to ensure a consistent, compliant, and candidate-centered hiring experience.
- Develop employer branding, sourcing, community, and university relations strategies that strengthen the organization’s market presence and attract diverse talent pipelines.
- Oversee recruiting technology, assessment tools, analytics, vendors, and external search partnerships to improve quality, efficiency, scalability, and hiring outcomes.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing recruiting organization that partners effectively across HR and the business to deliver timely, high-quality talent solutions.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You
Education
- Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field required
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
Experience
- 10+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources, including experience developing recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle recruiting processes, partnering with senior leaders, and using data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes required
- 5+ years leadership experience managing a talent acquisition team, leading enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives, overseeing recruitment technology or applicant tracking systems, managing vendor relationships, and supporting diversity recruiting, workforce planning, succession planning, or employer branding programs preferred

- Talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning, including the ability to translate business objectives into hiring priorities, talent pipelines, and measurable recruiting outcomes
- Executive stakeholder partnership, including the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external partners
- Employer branding and diversity sourcing strategy, including development of candidate attraction, talent pipeline, community, college, and inclusive sourcing strategies
- Recruiting technology and analytics, including effective use of applicant tracking systems, dashboards, metrics, and reporting to evaluate performance and improve hiring outcomes
- Team leadership and coaching, including the ability to build, develop, coach, and lead a high-performing recruiting team that delivers consistent service, quality, and results
- Process improvement and compliance, including the ability to design scalable recruiting processes, apply fair hiring practices, maintain candidate records, and support compliant selection and onboarding
- Strategic communication and change leadership, including the ability to communicate recruiting priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive adoption of enterprise talent acquisition practices
Licenses/Certifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable senior HR Certification Preferred

The pay range for this role is $150,000.00 to $200,000.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
