Bi-Lingual Recruiter

Project HR/Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Advertising positions needed.
  • Familiarity working with Social and Professional Media Platforms.
  • Screen candidates through avenues other than Birddog.
  • Maintain Birddog/ATS system. Vet candidates/applicants-identify best possible candidate based off their credentials for the positions requested, first check prior to submitting to management for interview.
  • Schedule interviews w/coordinate with responsible manager. Get to know site management.
  • Complete hiring paperwork. Schedule orientation date with safety and other necessary departments.
  • Coordinate onboarding new employees assuring IT, Equipment, and Payroll needs are satisfied.
  • Schedule drug screen and pre-employment physicals prior to orientation start.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with hiring managers at all work sites.
  • Conduct job fairs/hiring events when possible (with assistance from UIG Corporate HR).
  • Support HR Manager as needed.

Position requirements include

  • BS or BA Degree. (preferred)
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
  • 2-4 years high volume recruiting experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, also (future use of Birddog and COINS data input).
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised
  • Team player and self-motivated to succeed
  • Periodic daily travel required.
  • Legally able to work in the US.
