The Human Resource Recruiter will primarily be responsible for full cycle recruiting, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The HR Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Associate degree in related field preferred.
2 years’ experience with recruiting process preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Including current licenses & certifications, and primary source verification.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Plans and conducts new hire orientation.
- Represent the company in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Plan ahead, manage time well, arrive to work on time.
- Behave and dress in a professional and courteous manner consistent with facility Standards of Behavior.
- Reassess and revise processes and procedures as needed to improve efficiency.
