HR Recruiter & Administrative Support
Summary:The HR Recruiter & Administrative Support is responsible for supporting the organization's staffing needs through recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR functions while assisting with employee training and development initiatives. This role helps attract, select, and retain qualified talent, coordinates new hire onboarding, provides training support, and assists with day to day HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and fill open positions in a timely and effective manner
- Develop recruitment strategies and support retention initiatives, including the use of heat maps and corporate recruiting programs
- Review job requirements, screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate the hiring process
- Participate in daily meetings to review staffing needs, open positions, and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, onboarding documentation, and new hire communication
Training and Employee Development
- Conduct new hire orientation and assist employees in understanding company culture, policies, and expectations
- Support the delivery of one-on-one and group training sessions as assigned
- Assist the HR Manager and HR team in identifying training needs throughout the organization
- Prepare orientation materials, training documents, and policy update communications
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of employee training and onboarding completion
- Administer quizzes, assessments, or other training tools when applicable
- Collect employee feedback to support continuous improvement of training programs
- Monitor employee training progress and maintain training records
Administrative HR Support
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and confidential records
- Assist with HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation
- Support attendance, onboarding, employee communication, and other HR administrative processes as assigned

Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using standard units of measurement.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple written or verbal instructions.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle equipment and cleaning materials. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during cleaning tasks. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
