The HR Bilingual Recruiter partners closely with operations leaders to attract, hire, and onboard a high volume of hourly and supervisory talent. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and leadership roles using Team Engine, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Team Engine, employee referrals, social media, job fairs, and community outreach.
- Monitor and respond to candidate communications in Team Engine daily, ensuring timely engagement.
- Attend weekly safety meetings to promote the employee referral program and encourage internal referrals.
- Recruit for a variety of roles, including Ground Maintenance Labor, Pest Control Technicians, Irrigation Technicians, Arbor/Tree Crew, Enhancements Crew, Operations Supervisors, and Account Managers.
- Conduct interviews and candidate communications in both English and Spanish.
- Partner with branch managers and operations leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for seasonal and year-round staffing needs.
- Coordinate and assist with new hire orientations at branch locations as needed.
- Complete and verify pre-employment requirements, including E-Verify and employment eligibility documentation.
- Ensure recruiting and onboarding processes comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate hiring and employee data in IPS/Nova and QuickBooks.
- Assist with onboarding and employee training initiatives using the Greenius training platform, including setup and completion tracking.
- Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations teams to support safety, compliance, and skills-based training programs.
- Develop and maintain bilingual recruiting and onboarding materials.
- Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or field-based industries.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience using Team Engine as a recruiting platform.
- Experience maintaining employee and hiring data in IPS/Nova, QuickBooks, or similar HR/payroll systems.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience with E-Verify and employment eligibility compliance.
- Ability and willingness to travel to branch locations, attend weekly safety meetings, and respond promptly to candidate communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
