[Job Description]

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create compelling and market-competitive job descriptions and identify the most effective sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs across various functions.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent through job boards, LinkedIn, internal talent pools, employee referrals, networking events, direct sourcing, and market mapping.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and overall suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruiting standards, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house recruiting environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean communication preferred.
