We are seeking experienced healthcare recruiters with a background in travel nursing, advanced practice providers, physician recruitment, or locum tenens staffing who are ready to grow their income through an uncapped commission model.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified healthcare professionals.
- Build relationships with clinicians nationwide.
- Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and clinicians.
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams.
- Meet recruiting and placement goals.
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
Recruiters receive
- 40% of Gross Profit on every successful placement
