Your Role as a Recruiter
- Sourcing & recruiting candidates by building strong relationships with community organizations and schools.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements online and within the community.
- Maintaining a strong online & in the field presence. .
- Promoting our culture and reputation as an employer of choice in the local market.
- Organizing and participating in job fairs and presentations.
- Maintaining compliance of personnel records and ensuring readiness for audits.
- Collaborating with branch leadership and internal teams to meet staffing needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about people and driven to make a difference. Ideal candidates have:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in Healthcare field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy (including but not limited to MS office)
- The ability to organize recruitment events like job fairs.
- Outgoing with the ability to recognize opportunities and self start.
- Experience working in a high volume, KPI environment
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates though resume databases, professional associations, social media, and online/community platforms.
