Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is a rapidly growing healthcare organization supporting patients nationwide through Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and other virtual healthcare programs.
We're looking for a high-performing Healthcare Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes ownership of results, and knows how to turn qualified candidates into successful hires.
This is a production-driven recruiting role with hiring volumes reaching 50 or more new employees per month, depending on organizational needs. You'll manage a substantial candidate pipeline, leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, and work closely with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals without sacrificing candidate quality.

You'll be successful in this role when you can
- Deliver high-volume hiring results, with the ability to achieve 50 or more completed hires per month as staffing demands increase.
- Manage a large, active candidate pipeline across multiple clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Efficiently screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
- Leverage AI-powered screening and recruiting technology to maximize efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, timely follow-up, and consistent communication.
- Balance speed and hiring volume with candidate quality, job fit, and early employee retention.
