Plan, develop and implement recruitment and staffing strategies for nursing and allied health professional positions with a specific emphasis on attracting, selecting and retaining well-qualified employees. Administer human resources policies and procedures that cover recruitment, employee relations, benefits and HRIS. Collects and analyzes HR data and makes recommendations regarding labor management in relation to strategic development. HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must possess strong communication and customer service skills. Must be able to manage time efficiently. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, use tact and diplomacy while interacting with employees, management and other key stakeholders. Must be familiar with a variety of clinical healthcare staffing concepts, practices and procedures. Minimum three years’ experience working in a HR department required. Generalist experience preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.
