We're looking for an organized, energetic Franchise Recruiting Manager to keep our franchise pipeline full and moving.
What you'll do
- Review, screen, and follow up on every franchise lead, passing qualified candidates to our Franchise Sales Director.
- Keep the CRM current and report on lead sources, volume, and conversion.
- Partner with our outside PR agency on press, campaigns, and franchise awareness.
- Plan and run trade shows, Discovery Days, and industry events.
- Build recruitment materials and presentations that reflect our brand.
- Manage recruitment projects from kickoff to close, on time and on budget.
Compensation and benefits
$75,000 annual base salary, plus full benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and 401(k))

Requirements
What you bring
- 2–4 years of experience in franchise recruitment, franchise development, marketing, or sales.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- Agency experience and a passion for health and wellness are a plus.
