Role
- Own and build our recruiting function across business, technology, and clinical.
- Personally run full-cycle hiring from sourcing and outreach through interviews, offers, and closing.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize hiring needs and deliver high-volume hiring without compromising quality.
- Build the systems, talent pipelines, and recruiting team that support our next stage of growth.
- Raise the bar for Foresight Health’s culture and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven success recruiting exceptional talent at early-stage, fast-growing startups.
- A track record of delivering both hiring volume and quality, with concrete results to show.
- A hands-on recruiter who can close technical and business talent and build repeatable pipelines for clinical hiring.
- Strong judgment, relentless follow-through, and comfort operating with ambiguity and significant ownership.

Compensation: $150K–$200K salary with equity reflecting the scope of ownership and commitment.
