We’re looking for an outgoing, driven Field Recruiter to help grow our Peer Support team, the people at the heart of our mission. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community at colleges, workforce centers, job fairs, and local events, building real relationships face-to-face and helping people find careers where they can make a difference.

If you’re a natural people-person who enjoys being on the move and wants your work to matter, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead in-person recruiting and outreach at colleges, nursing homes, workforce centers, job fairs, and community events
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with school administrators, career offices, facility managers, and community organizations
  • Educate potential candidates about Peer Support roles, requirements, and long-term career paths
  • Distribute recruiting materials and promote open positions across your territory
  • Screen and pre-qualify candidates before referring them to the hiring team
  • Track outreach activities, leads, and results in our internal systems
  • Serve as a professional, positive ambassador for our organization in the community

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in recruiting, sales, outreach, marketing, or community engagement preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with groups and one-on-one in public settings
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • A passion for community service, healthcare, or peer support is a plus

What We Offer

  • Health insurance
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • The chance to make a real impact in your community every day
