As a Field Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting great talent with exciting career opportunities across the Reno market. This position combines recruiting expertise, community outreach, and relationship building to help drive hiring success in fast-paced workforce environments.
A Typical Day May Include
- Meeting with hiring managers and your recruiting team to discuss hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Attending job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities throughout the Reno area.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process and providing excellent experience.
- Coordinating onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screens, and I-9 documentation.
- Tracking recruiting activity and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, high-volume hiring, or workforce solutions.
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled labor positions is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment & Travel Requirements
- Combination of office and field-based recruiting.
- Regular local travel throughout the Reno-Sparks area for hiring events, community outreach, and client visits.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Occasional evening or weekend event support may be needed.
