As a Field Recruiter – Construction Operations at DN, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring field operations and craft talent for projects across the United States. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, labor agencies, unions, and external partners to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring DN continues to grow its world-class field operations team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for craft workers and field operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and initial onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies for full-time construction employees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with unions, labor agencies, community organizations, schools, and job boards to expand DN’s talent pool.
  • Plan, travel to and execute career fairs, hiring events, and brand exposure initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and ensure hiring goals align with operational needs.
  • Manage and present recruitment data to track hiring trends and success rates.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization and with external partners.
  • Working knowledge of labor markets, workforce trends, and hiring challenges.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed to support hiring initiatives.
