WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

WHAT WE’LL NEED

This Field Leadership Recruiter provides dedicated recruiting operations support for Wingstop’s high-volume restaurant hiring infrastructure while independently managing a focused portfolio of corporate restaurant leadership searches.

This role blends strong operational ownership, candidate and stakeholder coordination, and hands-on recruiting—ensuring requisitions, sourcing-platform rosters, hiring events, and candidate workflows are accurate, timely, and scalable.

Approximately 50–70% of the role is recruiting administration and coordination, with the remaining 30–50% focused on full-cycle recruiting for restaurant leadership positions.

This role will require up to 25% local travel annually to support hiring events, new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and other field hiring needs.

Recruiting Operations and Coordination

  • Own the day-to-day maintenance of approximately 250–300 evergreen restaurant requisitions, including status updates, data validation, posting maintenance, routine cleanup, and accurate dispositioning.
  • Plan and execute hiring events for new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and local market needs—including scheduling, logistics, candidate communications, interview flow, materials, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer coordination, pre-employment requirements, records management, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Identify recurring process gaps, data-quality issues, or manual inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to strengthen the candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Restaurant Leadership Recruiting

  • Independently manage a focused portfolio of a minimum of five restaurant leadership openings per month, including General Manager, District Manager, Field Operations roles, and more
  • Lead intake conversations with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, market conditions, and hiring priorities.
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified leadership candidates; manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offers.
  • Maintain proactive, consultative communication with hiring leaders on pipeline health, market feedback, risks, and recommended next steps.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience that reflects Wingstop’s brand and supports high-quality leadership hiring.

What Success Looks Like

  • Evergreen requisitions and sourcing-platform rosters are current, accurately assigned, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Hiring events are well organized, delivered on schedule, and produce documented attendance, interview outcomes, and hiring results.
  • Recruiters and field leaders experience dependable coordination, clear ownership, and fewer administrative delays.
  • Leadership searches maintain qualified pipelines and timely movement from intake through offer and onboarding.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, high-volume sourcing and recruiting, staffing, or HR operations experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple requisitions, candidates, stakeholders, or locations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed administrative work while also conducting candidate outreach, screening, and recruiting coordination.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Experienced working in applicant tracking systems, various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), spreadsheets, and recruiting data.
  • Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, field-based, or other high-volume hourly workforces is preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally approximately 25% annually based on business needs.
