Job Function
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for professional services roles.
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS.
- Participate in structured training and mentorship programs.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Interest in staffing/recruitment and professional services industries.
