- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime required)
Job Summary
OnCall Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Front Desk Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in candidates with applications and onboarding
- Screen, interview, and match candidates to open job positions
- Post job openings and source candidates using various platforms
- Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems
- Conduct E-Verify, background checks, and document processing
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients
- Coordinate job assignments and communicate schedules with employees
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
- Drive company vehicle to transport employees to and from job sites
- Monitor employee attendance, check-ins, and PPE/dress code compliance
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, document uploads)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
