As an Early Talent & Corporate Recruiter, you’ll support recruiting efforts for Huron’s Early Talent & Corporate Recruitment teams by helping identify top talent, deliver a positive candidate experience, as well as drive impact through our best in class early talent programming.
This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn recruiting fundamentals, develop strong stakeholder communication skills, and grow within Talent Acquisition.
Recruiting Support & Coordination
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus recruiting, recruitment coordination or a customer-facing role (internships welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required.
- Experience using CoPilot, Claude or ChatGPT is beneficial
- Chicago location preferred
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $55,000-$75,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $60,500-$82,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
