Provide guidance throughout the hiring process, support inclusive hiring practices, and ensure the delivery of qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
- Data & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Monitor pipeline health, track recruiting metrics and event outcomes, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and stay informed on market trends, talent demand, and student interests to support recruiting strategy.
