Job Summary

The Driver Recruiting Processor supports the Recruiting Department by processing driver applications,
managing travel arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and handling administrative functions. This
role ensures that the administrative and operational side of driver recruiting runs efficiently and
effectively, contributing directly to successful driver onboarding.

Location: Golden Valley, MN
Hiring Range: $23 - $31 an hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule: 1st shift

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain current job openings in KNET
  • Manage hotel reservations and passenger lists for upcoming orientation classes.
  • Provide phone coverage for the processor line.
  • Order and monitor background reports.
  • Conduct employment verifications for potential and former drivers.
  • Process driver files, ensuring all company qualifications and compliance standards are met.
  • Book travel arrangements for incoming orientation drivers.
  • Process and track driver referrals
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments across the company.
  • Work regular business hours with occasional overtime as business needs arise.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking or transportation industry.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1 year of full-scope transportation industry experience, including compliance and staffing services
  • Prior exposure to software systems such as TMW , Tenthstreet and Concur

  • Strong Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • ability to learn and work within TMW, KNET, TENTHSTREET and Concur system
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
  • Commitment to high-level internal and external customer service.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for up to 90% of the workday using a computer, phone, keyboard, and mouse
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the remaining time •
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
