Summary
As the Associate Specialist, Driver Recruiting, you will conduct and support a quality new driver orientation program by providing approved curriculum materials in accordance with DOT regulations and STG policies.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for screening driver applications for information pertaining to DOT up to and including Motor Vehicle Reports, DAC, Employment Verifications, and Criminal background checks.
- Schedule drug tests for potential applicants.
- Communicate in-depth with Recruiters regarding applicants in process for a smooth transaction from processing to onboarding.
- Document collection and Plate orders.

What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail while helping drive the big picture
- Self-driven curiosity to ask questions and seek understanding
- Ability to lead through and adapt to new processes and challenges
- Effective relationship building skills and communication with team members of all levels
- Basic use of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00AM EST – 5:00PM EST

- Office/cubicle workspace with moderate noise level
