- College degree is a plus, but passion and drive matter most

What you'll do
- Build rock-solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to match world-class talent with the perfect roles
- Ignite a high-volume candidate pipeline using creative and proactive sourcing strategies
- Lead dynamic phone screens and manage the interview process from start to finish—our team takes care of the rest!
- Track conversations and interview milestones seamlessly in our Applicant Tracking System (RM)
What you need to bring
- 1+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience
- An elite work ethic and excitement for an engaging 100% in-office environment
- Strong customer-first focus
- Savviness with modern tech tools and recruiting platforms
- A genuine desire to grow with Moxie and fuel our expansion
- Experience in Door-to-Door Recruiting ideal, but not required
