Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and operational excellence of enterprise and divisional early talent programs—including internships, co-ops, and rotational opportunities.
  • In partnership with Divisional Early talent leads build effective partnerships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Represent Pfizer at career fairs, university events, and early-talent industry forums as Pfizer's representative when it matters.

  • Drive branding and outreach initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice for early talent.
  • Inspire and lead a team, manage program budgets and resources with excellence and accountability.

Recruitment Branding & Marketing

  • Own the employer brand and ensure best candidate experience across all candidate touchpoints: careers site, job postings, social, campus materials, etc.
  • Run recruitment marketing campaigns from first impression through application, for both early talent and experienced-hire audiences.
  • Own GEO (how Pfizer's employer content shows up in AI-driven search) alongside the more familiar SEO/SEM work on the careers site and job listings.
  • Manage the agencies, media vendors, and platforms behind this — job boards, programmatic ad buys, social.
  • Work with Pfizer Brand so recruitment brand content stays consistent with the broader Pfizer voice.
  • Watch the funnel numbers and adjust spend, targeting, and creative with focus on ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Build out the content — employee stories, culture content, EVP messaging — that makes Pfizer stand out to the talent segments that matter most.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years in talent acquisition, early talent/campus recruiting, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, including experience in a large, matrixed enterprise.
  • Successful track record of developing, running or scaling a large-scale internship or early talent program.
  • Experience managing employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns, including digital/paid channels; familiarity with SEO and emerging GEO/AI-search practices strongly preferred.

  • Experience coordinating across a matrixed or divisional structure to drive consistency without direct authority over all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic thinker who can also operate at execution level — comfortable owning both the roadmap and the details of a campus event or a campaign brief.
  • Strong stakeholder management; able to align Divisional and Enterprise priorities without creating friction.
  • Comfortable making decisions off funnel metrics, campaign analytics, and program KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent the brand externally and translate strategy for senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment marketing and search technology (ATS, CRM, programmatic ad platforms, GEO/SEO tools).
