Job Summary**
Primoris Energy Services is seeking a highly motivated Craft Recruiter to join our team in Sherman, TX. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel for various energy services projects, ensuring the timely and efficient placement of qualified individuals.
Job Responsibilities**

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier craft talent, including pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators, and other skilled trades.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, industry contacts, vocational schools, and community outreach programs.
Conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Collaborate closely with project managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and project timelines.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding processes.
Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts to selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Represent Primoris Services Corporation at career fairs and recruitment events.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in craft recruitment.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Job Qualifications**

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in craft recruitment, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled trades professionals.
Strong understanding of various craft roles and their associated skill sets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed for recruitment events.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
