Hudson Automotive Group is growing, and we're looking for a Corporate Recruiting Partner to help us find the talent that powers our corporate office. If you have 2–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting under your belt and you're ready to level up into executive search, this is your next move.
You'll own full-cycle recruiting (planning, sourcing, screening, and selecting exempt and non-exempt talent) while partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to build strategic talent acquisition plans. You'll also work directly with our Director of Talent Acquisition to sharpen your executive search skills and grow your full-lifecycle recruiting toolkit.

What impact will you make?
Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to define and clarify job specifications
Independently source, screen, recruit, and interview candidates across multiple platforms
Manage the recruiting dashboard and open requisitions in the ATS
Spot bottlenecks in the recruiting and interview process and fix them
Champion Hudson's culture and values by delivering an outstanding candidate experience
What You Bring
2–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate setting
Strong stakeholder management, you know how to align hiring managers on expectations and translate business needs into hiring plans
A process-driven mindset with an eye toward automating and standardizing recruiting work
Sharp organizational, time-management, and negotiation skills
The ability to work independently, backed by excellent written and verbal communication
Assertiveness balanced with tact, intuition, and a genuine instinct for spotting great talent
