Position Summary

Leads the recruitment activities for PFS Corporate. Develops and implements strategies related to OpCo sales and executive leadership recruiting activities. Performs recruitment activities in compliance with human resources policies and procedures and in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Serves as a consultant to hiring managers and leadership in all areas of recruiting. This person will be a talent advisor to the business and will lead the identification, development, and management of candidates through the entire recruitment process.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develops sourcing strategies to recruit and select staff. Serves as consultant on recruiting practices and strategies. Develops, streamlines, and enhances staffing systems, tracking, and reporting.
  • Recruits and sources qualified candidates for open positions through a variety of means including postings, job boards, social media, networking, etc. Reviews and screens applications and resumes to determine suitability for open positions. Articulates our employment value proposition to potential candidates. Evaluates and recommends to hiring manager screened applicants for specific openings in accordance with requirements and specifications. Ensures an overall positive candidate experience.
  • Supports the company's college recruiting efforts by developing relationships with partner universities and participating in recruiting activities to attract students to job openings.
  • Takes a consultative approach to and maintains ongoing working relationships with buisness leaders and field HR staff to proactively understand business needs and create partnerships that ensure a seamless hiring practice. Leads intake meetings with hiring managers to identify requirements of the role, as well as the individualized needs of the departments and hiring managers. Possess strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influence.
  • Remains current on industry and regulatory activities that could impact HR programs. Manages applicant tracking data in compliance with OFCCP and EEOC guidance.
  • Develops metrics in support of hiring activity.
  • Partners with cross-functional business teams, HR partners, and other Talent Acquisition team members to minimize risk and execute sound recruiting and hiring process.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
4-6 years' experience with a minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines.
Exceptional interviewing, communication and organizational skills.
Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems and associated compliance.
Experience using a variety of recruiting sources to include job boards and social media.
General understanding of compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company to include senior leadership.
Strong business acumen.
