Position Summary
The Corporate Recruiter leads talent acquisition strategies for Optalis facilities and the corporate office. This role supports facility recruiters, manages high-level recruitment, ensures compliance, and promotes the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to facility recruiters on recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with leaders to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Manage the corporate ATS, including training and troubleshooting.
- Lead corporate and high-level recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement sourcing and branding strategies.
- Attend job fairs and foster school partnerships for clinical rotations and hiring pipelines.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong recruiting and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
Preferred
- Healthcare recruitment experience.
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and travel locally.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
