What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house setting
- Ability to juggle multiple requisitions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
