Implementation & Integration

  • Lead system configuration and integration validation across the solution
  • Apply ATS and API expertise to configurations, integrations, data flows, troubleshooting, and enhancements
  • ATS administration and coordination with KF systems

Testing & Readiness

  • Partner with the client to manage scalable role and technology readiness for upcoming hiring volume

Operational Delivery

  • Provide ongoing system administration, configuration, and maintenance to support the timely setup and activation of roles across the recruiting technology ecosystem
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes and experiences as delivery scales
  • Monitor performance and risks, proactively addressing impacts to candidate experience, recruiter operations, data integrity, and timelines

Governance & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to identify root causes, resolve issues, and communicate risks and status
  • Maintain integrated plans, dependencies, decision and issue logs, testing artifacts, technical documentation, and support procedures
  • Lead escalations and change control across client, internal, and third-party teams
  • Translate technical topics into clear business implications and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Availability for overnight travel to client site(s) if needed
  • 7+ years of experience combining recruiting technology consulting, hands-on system configuration, and technical project/program management within complex enterprise implementations
  • Extensive hands-on applicant tracking system experience, including configuration, administration, integrations, and advanced knowledge of relevant APIs
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise recruiting platforms, including configuration, integration management, testing, and production support
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-system implementations through go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across integrations, APIs, data exchanges, system configurations, and interconnected workflows
  • Experience managing testing strategies, defect triage, issue resolution, change control, and release readiness
  • Ability to manage concurrent role activity, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills, executive presence, and the judgment to navigate difficult conversations, competing priorities, and escalations
  • Strong documentation, organization, risk management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and collaborate effectively across technical, operational, vendor, and client teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the technology surrounding on-demand video interviewing, assessments, interview scheduling, or other high-volume recruiting technologies
  • Experience operating in a consulting, RPO, or client-managed services environment
