High-Volume Recruiter will support recruiting across our manufacturing facilities. This role will manage multiple open positions, with a strong focus on production, warehouse, maintenance, and other manufacturing roles.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a high volume of requisitions while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple facilities.
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and candidate requirements.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate offers and monitor candidates through background checks, drug screens, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting reports.
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting initiatives.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments.
  • Experience recruiting hourly and/or production employees.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office. UKG a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
