WorkSteer is looking for a motivated and dependable Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our construction staffing efforts in the Idaho Falls area.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can build relationships, manage a team, support recruiting efforts, and help drive branch growth. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, including recruiting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Lead, train, and support team members to meet hiring and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and field employees.
- Monitor recruiting activity and hiring metrics to track performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and growth.
- Help ensure staffing needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading a team or managing daily operations preferred.
- Previous experience in construction staffing, recruiting, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
