The Role
The Client Delivery Lead – Employer Brand Consulting is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of assigned Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing projects, ensuring solutions are delivered smoothly, accurately, and in line with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and creative requirements.
Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager, Client Partner, creative specialists, and client stakeholders, the Client Delivery Lead coordinates projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle. This may include Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development, employer brand strategy, recruitment marketing campaigns, content strategy and creation, social media, landing pages, and career site projects.
This is not a recruitment delivery role. The focus is on project and client delivery of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing solutions, ensuring high-quality execution, strong stakeholder communication, and an excellent client experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver Employer Brand projects from initial brief through to completion, working with the Client Relationship Manager and wider project team.
- Coordinate a range of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing solutions, including:
- Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development
- Employer brand campaigns
- Multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
- Content marketing strategy and execution
- Social media campaigns
- Landing pages
- Career site development and implementation
- Take ownership of the day-to-day project management and coordination of assigned initiatives, following established project management processes and documentation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and detailed stage plans, ensuring activities remain aligned to agreed scope and budget.
- Coordinate internal teams, creative specialists, and client stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to the required quality standard.
- Organize project kick-offs, briefings, status meetings, and regular updates, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of progress, actions, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Monitor project scope, budget, hours, timelines, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential challenges and escalating issues to the Client Relationship Manager when required.
- Support the preparation of research, market insights, background information, briefs, pitches, and client presentations.
- Partner closely with clients to understand requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate creative delivery and provide quality control, ensuring work meets the agreed brief and maintains a high standard of accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, balancing client expectations with project scope, timelines, and available resources.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement, documenting insights and sharing best practices across the team.
- Support the development of trusted client partnerships through responsive communication, proactive problem-solving, and consistently high-quality delivery.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Agency, or Client/Project Delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from brief through execution and delivery.
- Strong understanding of Employer Branding and candidate attraction, with the ability to understand how employer brand supports recruitment and talent strategies.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns, content, digital solutions, social media, career sites, or creative projects.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with the confidence to communicate with multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control and getting things right first time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements into clear briefs and actionable project plans.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 85,000 USD - 95,000 USD, plus applicable benefits.
