Job Title: Cleared & Government Headhunter

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a referral partnership; success fee of $1,000–$5,000 per placement, set per role before sourcing begins.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage cleared professionals, veterans, and former government or military attorneys for referral to paid consulting roles with our customer's team.
- Leverage established networks to generate qualified referrals for part-time, remote expert opportunities.
- Review credentials, validate clearances, and screen candidates for suitability and compliance.
- Facilitate communication between referred candidates and micro1, ensuring secure and discrete information handling.
- Maintain accurate and secure records of outreach, referrals, and placement activities.
- Provide insights on defense and cleared talent market trends as needed.
- Work independently within legal, ethical, and customer-agreed sourcing practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in cleared or government recruiting, including defense sourcing and veteran outreach.
- Deep knowledge of security clearances, discreet candidate engagement, and secure documentation.
- Existing network of TS/SCI, Secret, or other cleared professionals and transitioning military talent.
- Experience screening candidates for compliance and suitability in sensitive roles.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to confidentiality and data security.
- Excellent professional discretion and communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results within outlined requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cleared, defense, or government recruiting experience.
- Network includes former JAG officers, government attorneys, and specialized cleared professionals.
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with proven success serving multiple clients.
This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position. There are no fixed working hours or guaranteed volume of assignments. Contractors are responsible for their own business expenses and applicable taxes.
