A career as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator in the Talent Acquisition team at National Bank means acting as a key partner in attracting and hiring emerging talent across Canada. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the organization by supporting recruitment activities, coordinating hiring processes, and helping create a positive experience for candidates and interns through every stage of their journey.
Your role
- Coordinate campus recruitment activities for the Commercial Banking sector, from job posting to candidate hiring.
- Screen applications and organize interviews with hiring managers while ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
- Plan and support recruitment events, career fairs, networking activities, and outreach initiatives with educational institutions across Canada.
- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment systems while tracking progress throughout the hiring process.
- Support the onboarding and integration of interns and early talent hires to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports while contributing to the continuous improvement of campus recruitment processes and practices.

The Talent Acquisition team works in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to attract, assess, and develop emerging talent while continuously improving recruitment practices and candidate experiences.
Within the Talent Acquisition department, you are part of a dynamic team dedicated to campus recruitment and early talent programs across Canada and report to the Director, Talent Acquisition – Commercial Banking. Requirements
- Hold a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, coordination, or administrative support.
- Have experience supporting recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Have experience maintaining data accuracy and producing reports within recruitment systems or related platforms.
- Knowledge of the banking industry, financial services, or campus recruitment is considered an asset.
