Job Summary

The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting emerging talent through campus engagement, internship programs, and strategic partnerships with universities and technical schools. Will serve as a brand ambassador for Vector Power while building talent pipelines to support future hiring needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through all campus recruitment activities, campus platforms, social media, and job boards
Partner with Vector Power business leaders and HR to understand and fulfill recruitment needs
Develop diverse talent pipelines for technical and operational internships and full-time opportunities
Serve as primary recruitment contact for all campus recruitment related activities and relationships, such as career fairs and university partnerships
Coordinate selection of candidates, phone screening, and interview scheduling with hiring managers

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of campus recruiting experience
3-5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition or related experience
Must be open to traveling up to 30% to various campuses in Texas, some other US locations
Strong communication, organizational skills and attention-to-detail
Strong knowledge of campus recruiting practices and talent strategies
