The Business Partner, Talent Experience will work in partnership to create alignment between People & Culture and assigned divisions and departments with a focus on the Talent Experience, providing human resources expertise and consulting to foster a strong, inclusive company culture. The role builds effective working relationships with leaders, managers, and employees, coaching on and resolving complex employee relations issues, supporting performance management, and advising on talent and succession planning. This role also supports People & Culture events and serves as an ambassador across the organization. This position is a member of the Leadership Council and is designated as essential, requiring work during times of emergencies.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong work ethic with a high degree of integrity and mature business judgment, along with a strong ability to collaboratively engage with leaders and negotiate conflict while maintaining working relationships at all levels. They are motivated, confident, and resilient self-starters who navigate and lead through change and manage high volumes of work with strong quality and accuracy. Advanced problem-solving, time management, decision-making, and written and verbal communication skills are required, along with mastery of MS Word and Outlook and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum of five years of professional HR experience in employee relations. SHRM or HRCI Certification is a plus. The ability to drive is a requirement of the position.

This position is full-time, with a typical work schedule Monday through Friday during Fello office hours and/or times aligned to the assigned division(s)/department(s), along with some night and weekend hours as required. This position is eligible for periodic telework.
