This role could be a defining step in your professional journey.

Your purpose: serve as a trusted resource for managers and teams, respond to current workforce needs and help prepare the organization for the future. You will contribute throughout the employee journey, from the first conversation with a candidate through onboarding, development and advancement within the organization.

  • Genuine proximity to operations, managers and decision-makers.
  • The opportunity to bring forward ideas and make a meaningful contribution to the evolution of our practices.
  • Direct guidance from the Executive Director, Human Capital, along with a progressive transfer of knowledge.
  • An evolving role offering the opportunity to gradually take on broader and more strategic assignments.
