As the Talent Acquisition Partner for Retail, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process, proactively attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for Sephora’s Retail Stores. You'll partner Nationally with Talent Acquisition Managers, Store Leaders, and HR teams to support hiring strategies, recruitment events, and talent planning. What You’ll Do
Hiring Top Talent
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to execute the retail talent acquisition strategy and forecast future hiring needs through succession planning
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with hiring leaders by understanding their business, store culture, and talent needs
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for in-store leadership roles, from opening requisitions and developing recruitment plans to sourcing, assessing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding top talent
- Deliver a seamless, best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Sephora's values and leadership competencies
- Make hiring recommendations based on applications, resumes, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Provide thoughtful feedback on internal talent and support career mobility across the organization
Operational & Project Support
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Store teams by supporting Applicant Tracking System (ATS), onboarding, and recruitment system inquiries through the Retail Recruitment Inbox
- Support the execution of Recruiting Masterclasses and company-wide recruitment training initiatives
- Creating and adjusting offer letter to ensure both legal and LVMH compliance
- Escalate HR tickets and user account issues, acting as the bridge between Store teams and HR Operations
- Host Recruiting Office Hours to support Store Leaders with hiring updates and real-time troubleshooting
Hiring Events & Employer Brand
- Lead and support store hiring events for new store openings, seasonal hiring, and priority locations. This role will require occasional travel across Canada to support events in person
- Partner on employer branding initiatives to attract exceptional talent to Sephora Retail Stores
- Support Sephora's diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments by helping build talent programs that foster diverse and inclusive hiring
- Act as a Sephora brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume hiring experience within a fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment
- Experience screening and interviewing candidates to assess alignment with role requirements and Sephora's values
- Experience working with HR technology, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (bonus points if you've used SuccessFactors)
- A talent scout mindset with experience attracting, engaging, and activating passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
- Passion for connecting great talent with meaningful career opportunities while delivering an inspiring, transparent candidate experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment in a remote setting
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative, with a "no task is too small" mindset and a willingness to contribute wherever needed
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and motivation
- Ability to travel across Canada if required
- Comfort and confidence using digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly in your day-to-day work

The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
