Acme Distribution is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist / Recruiter to join our team. This position is a key first point of contact for employees, applicants, customers, and visitors while also supporting the companys recruiting and hiring efforts.
The ideal candidate is professional, personable, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires someone who can confidently communicate with a variety of people, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on recruiting tasks from initial candidate contact through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Administrative

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors, and phone calls.
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
Manage general email correspondence and office communications.
Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Maintain employee and office records while handling confidential information appropriately.

Recruiting & Hiring

Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
Review applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Coordinate interviews with Human Resource Business Partner and hiring managers.
Prepare and send job offers and other new-hire documents.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, physical assessments and drug screenings.
Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Represent Acme Distribution professionally and positively throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications

Previous Administrative experience-REQUIRED

Previous Recruiting experience- REQUIRED

Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and approachable personality.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.

Must be able to pass a background check and our company participates in E-Verify

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is somewhat a sedentary role. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 15 lbs. may at times be expected.
Specific vision abilities may be required for this role. These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception.
Must have the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch when needed.
