Sanctuary Recovery Centers is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Behavioral Health Recruiter to support our growing organization. This position is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for behavioral health and substance use treatment programs throughout the organization.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, behavioral health, administrative, and support positions.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, community partnerships, and referral programs.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment screening processes.
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and hiring outcomes.
- Attend career fairs, hiring events, college recruitment activities, and community outreach events.
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Maintain applicant records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager customer service throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum one (1) year of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, healthcare recruiting, or behavioral health recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, healthcare, or social service positions strongly preferred.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law fundamentals.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Additional Requirements
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel locally for job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach as needed.
- Ability to successfully pass all required background screenings consistent with company policy.
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding employee and applicant information.
