We're searching for a Recruiter who loves connecting with people, creating great experiences, and helping our dealerships find their next great teammates. Location: Wilmington, NC / Coastal Carolina Market
This is a market-based position with remote flexibility and regular dealership travel. Our coastal market includes Wilmington, Jacksonville, and Shallotte, NC, Florence, SC, and additional locations throughout eastern North Carolina. Ideally, we're looking for someone who lives in or near Wilmington or the surrounding coastal area.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be a trusted recruiting partner to dealership managers and leadership teams throughout your assigned market.
- Help identify, attract, and connect talented candidates with exciting career opportunities.
- Manage the recruiting process, including applications, candidate outreach, prescreening, interviews, and offers.
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and professional experience for every candidate.
- Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and understand what makes each dealership unique.
- Write creative, engaging job advertisements and help generate applicant interest.
- Proactively build candidate pipelines and explore new ways to connect with talent.
- Work hand in hand with our Onboarding Team to help new teammates get off to a great start.
- Travel to dealerships, attend recruiting events, and build relationships throughout the market.
- Stay organized, communicate proactively, and keep the recruiting process running smoothly.
What We're Looking For

- Outstanding customer service skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can easily shift between priorities.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and loves being part of a team.
- Recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience is a plus!
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, too!
- Comfortable working remotely, using technology, and learning new systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned market, including occasional travel into South Carolina.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
