The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and interview preparation
- Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM and ATS systems
- Collaborate with team members to support active client searches
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and clients
- Learn industry best practices, market trends, and recruitment methodologies
- Contribute to team goals, performance initiatives, and ongoing business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
- Have a people-first, relationship-centered mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Adaptable to technological advancements
