Help Pacifico Energy identify and engage the people who will support its growth. Reporting to the Talent Management Lead, you will contribute to recruiting from sourcing and initial screening through interview coordination and offer support. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to develop recruiting skills while delivering a responsive candidate experience and keeping searches organized.

What you get to do

  • Partner with the Talent Management Lead and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Source prospective candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, and targeted research; build relevant talent pipelines.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screens against agreed requirements, documenting findings and recommending next steps.
  • Coordinate interviews, calendars, and candidate logistics; communicate preparation details and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, candidate notes, and job postings so hiring activity and next steps are easy to follow.
  • Collect interviewer feedback, track open decisions, and flag delays or sourcing challenges to the Talent Management Lead.
  • Support approved offer preparation and pre-employment coordination, working with the People team on a smooth handoff to onboarding.
  • Track pipeline activity and sourcing results, and suggest practical improvements to outreach, coordination, and the candidate experience.

What you bring to the role

  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related work involving candidate outreach and scheduling; relevant internships count.
  • Ability to research prospective candidates, assess experience against defined requirements, and write clear outreach messages.
  • Clear communication and a professional, responsive approach to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and professional networking tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Discretion with candidate and compensation information, and a consistent, job-related approach to screening and documentation.
  • Experience recruiting for energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, finance, or other specialized roles is a plus.
