Shape the technology that powers how we attract, hire, and grow talent! As an Analyst, HR Technology – Talent & Recruiting, you'll own the day-to-day performance of our talent, recruiting, performance, and talent experience platforms, from configuration and testing to issue resolution and ongoing enhancements.

You'll play a key role in implementing and managing our Talent Management System, partnering closely with Talent, Recruiting, IT and business stakeholders to keep platforms running smoothly and to bring roadmap initiatives to life. It's an opportunity to build scalable, human-centered solutions that make the experience better for candidates, team members, and HR stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion Talent, Performance, and Recruiting module configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Lead implementation activities for new Talent Experience Platform and support ongoing platform ownership after implementation.
  • Partner with Talent, Recruiting, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness to ensure smooth, reliable system changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to Core HR, Compensation, data, security, and reporting.
  • Prepare for and support Oracle release activities, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, including configuration notes, administrative procedures, and status updates on open requests, enhancements, and deliverables.
  • Create training materials that support user adoption and understanding of system changes.
  • Analyze business processes to recommend improvements and identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Contribute to broader Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

Minimum Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more (2+) years of related experience
  • HR system configuration, interface, and reporting/analytics experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience using Jira, ServiceNow HRSD and other similar project management and ticketing tools preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.

Additional knowledge and skills

  • Technical working knowledge of HRIS systems software, protocols, and standards, specifically Oracle Cloud or similar platforms, including:

  • Preferred experience with at least one (1) lifecycle implementation of a talent experience platform such as Phenom, Beamery, Eightfold, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand HR business processes and identify how technology can support and optimize them.
  • Skilled at documenting processes, procedures, requirements, test cases, and outcomes clearly and consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative ability.
  • Curiosity to research and stay current on emerging Talent & Recruiting technology, industry trends and new Oracle features and capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel as needed; QA testing may occasionally require evening, weekend, or holiday availability.
