About the role

This internship offers the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to real recruitment marketing projects—not just observe from the sidelines. The intern will research social media trends and help explore how platforms like TikTok and Instagram could support our recruiting efforts. They’ll also help create social content, short-form videos and campaigns that introduce prospective candidates to COUNTRY Financial’s business ownership opportunity. Working closely with our two Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialists, they’ll gain hands-on experience, build their portfolio and see how their work supports awareness, candidate engagement and sales workforce growth.
A typical day may include collaborating with our Recruitment Marketing Specialists on upcoming content and campaigns, creating social posts, graphics or short-form videos, and helping schedule content for launch. The intern may also research social media trends, explore ideas for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, or help prepare recruiting materials and social media resources for field leaders. Work will vary based on current projects, with opportunities to bring fresh ideas, participate in team discussions and learn how recruitment marketing helps attract prospective candidates to our business ownership opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Create Recruitment Marketing Content: Develop social posts, short-form videos, graphics and other digital content to build awareness and engage prospective candidates.
• Support social media and campaign execution: Assist with scheduling, launching and coordinating social content and recruiting campaigns.
• Support Agency Recruiting and field leaders: Assist with recruiting materials, campaign setup, social media training, and candidate engagement activities.
• Research trends and explore new platforms: Research social media trends, competitor activity and opportunities on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram; share fresh content ideas.
• Assist with basic performance tracking: Track results for select campaigns, events or platforms and share observations with the Recruitment Marketing team.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing.
• Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027. The internship may be extended part-time through fall 2027 and spring 2028.
• Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging social platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and perspectives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools, supporting social campaigns and reviewing basic campaign performance.
