Position Summary: The Aesthetics Recruiter will proactively identify, research, and engage candidates for all aesthetics provider roles, both clinical and non-clinical — including injectors, aestheticians, laser technicians, spa managers and cosmetic coordinators — to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. In addition, this role owns the logistics of physician and advanced practice provider recruiting visits — coordinating travel, itineraries, and day-of execution with practice administrators, and keeping the Provider Recruiter informed before, during, and after each visit. The role also tracks compensation for physician, advanced practice provider, and aesthetics roles, with limited general talent acquisition responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Top of funnel management of the aesthetic provider candidate process, including sourcing passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches and existing talent pool database.
  • Work closely with Recruiters, develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at proactive candidate flow to meet overall organizational recruiting goals.
  • Manage multiple searches supporting all aesthetic openings at any one time.
  • Source and engage clinical and non-clinical aesthetics talent — including injectors (RN, NP, PA), aestheticians, and laser and device technicians — building pipelines by market and practice location.
  • Monitor the aesthetics talent market, including device and training credentials, competitor practices, med spa growth, and compensation trends, and share findings with Recruiters and practice leadership.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for physician and advanced practice provider recruiting visits, including candidate itineraries and visit agendas.
  • Partner with practice administrators to prepare for each visit and serve as the day-of point of contact for the candidate and the practice.
  • Keep the Provider Recruiter informed before, during, and after each visit, and gather post-visit feedback and track visit expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity, aesthetic provider candidate status, and visit details in the applicant tracking system, as needed.
  • Track and maintain compensation data for both physician and advanced practice providers and aesthetics roles, supporting offer development and market benchmarking.
  • Other duties as assigned to support teams recruiting efforts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

  • Strong experience with candidate screening, interviewing and selection techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering positive candidate experience and supporting the hiring initiatives
  • Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in handling confidential data
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong travel and event coordination and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Professional and adaptable in high-visibility settings, able to manage schedule changes calmly
  • Familiarity with aesthetics and medical aesthetics roles, credentials, and terminology preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to maintain communication with candidates throughout the site visit to help address issues or problems.
