Freight Breakers LLC is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Recruiter to support our warehouse operations.
This position will be responsible for recruiting qualified employees while assisting with a variety of administrative and office functions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms.
- Review applications and communicate with prospective candidates.
- Conduct in-person interviews.
- Process background checks and new-hire paperwork.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist with payroll data entry, attendance tracking, and timekeeping.
- Support managers with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
- Perform additional administrative and office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruiting or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Professional attitude and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy operations team.
