We are looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Administrative & Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Orange, CT.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to build experience in administration, recruitment, and healthcare operations.
The position will start at approximately 25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a 30- or 40- hour position as you develop in the role and take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming phone calls, mail, and general office communications.
- Organize and maintain internal documents and records.
- Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating coverage as needed.
Recruitment Support
- Assist with the recruitment process from initial applicant contact through interview scheduling.
- Screen applicants and help identify candidates who meet position requirements.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with applicants regarding next steps and required information.
- Provide candidates with information about available positions, benefits, and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
- Assist with additional recruitment and HR-related tasks as needed.
