Job Summary

WMC Health Network is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter(ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for physician and mid-level candidates. Responsibilities include; The ACR will

Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.
Act as a key advisor for their designated service lines and will assume full responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.
Assists with the onboarding and orienting new of new candidates;
Acts as main point of contact for all advanced clinical new hires.
Manages Position Manager when screening and posting positions.
Works with leadership to find candidates that match their needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience

Two (2) years previous healthcare and/or Advanced Clinical recruiting background is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
